Commander Sidonius, your preliminary report on the strange events at the battle of Mosura has been brought to my attention. As representative of the Ordo Malleus I will be in charge of investigating the battle and I expect your full cooperation. Please forward to me a detailed account of what you believe you saw, paying especially close attention to the intruders that in your obvious lack of proper security were allowed onto the battlefield.
I will expect your full report in no less then 7 terran days.
I will also be receiving reports from the surviving Imperial Guardsmen, so any inconsistencies will be duly noted.
The Ordo Malleus does not take the loss of any daemonically possessed being lightly. And although I'm sure your chapter will stand behind you and your story I wish it to be known that I will use all the power available to me to discover if you yourself were not involved in some way. You were after all the commanding officer at this battle and it is beyond my comprehension that something of this nature could have happened without your knowledge.
